Letter № 3 — autumn
Meet Overdue
Game number two is a neon cyberpunk shooter, and yes, it's from the same studio as the bear game. You play a repo agent who takes back unpaid implants for a living — right up until his own account goes past due.
It's built on the classic first-person formula with a modern shine, and it's aiming for a silky sixty frames a second in your browser. The bees have filed it under “scope.” The bear has filed it under “fun.” The bear outranks the bees.
Letter № 2 — autumn
Warm Regards has a soundtrack
Sixteen original tracks: a title theme, one for every region of the valley, dungeon music, a festival tune, a night layer, and something appropriately ominous for the Hollow King.
Sound effects are still being made in-game. The bear has been humming the festival theme for three days straight. Send help, or honey.
Letter № 1 — late summer
We named the studio
Our first-choice name was taken. Our second choice turned out to be a better fit anyway: Beehind Schedule. Games that are late on purpose and fun on arrival.
The bees signed off. The bear was asleep at the time, which we've chosen to read as approval.
